Pick up time in the USA

• Ground Service (8:00a - 5:00p)

  1. Monday through Friday for parcels between 100 lbs

Transit time

• Door to door (3-5 days)

  1.  Door to door service for small parcels, delivered by FedEx, DHL and UPS
  2.  For commercial shipments, we use our worldwide office to clear and deliver
  3.  Door to door service takes between 7 days.
• Door to Airport (5-10 days)

  1.  Door to Airport service, shipments exceeding 100 lbs using airlines
  2.  Picked up from anywhere in USA and delivered to worldwide airports
  3.  Door to airport service takes between 10 days.
• Door to port (45 days)

  1.  Door to seaport service, shipments exceeding 300 lbs using ocean service
  2. Picked up from anywhere in USA and delivered to worldwide seaports
  3.  Door to port service takes around 45 days.

Insurance

• Packed by a professional

  1.  Packed by a professional: Shipment is fully covered when cargo is professionally packed
  2.  This could be a box, a crate, a pallet or any other item that is professionally packed
  3.  A packing list showing the items shipped and the value of the items is necessary
• Packed by the Shipper

  1.  Most shipments are packed by shippers. The insurance will only cover the total value only.
  2.  All loss/All damaged where insurance will only pay if the whole shipment is lost or damaged
  3.  So if you ship 7 boxes and 1 box is lost, the insurance will not cover it.
• Personal 2.5% of the Value

  1.  The cost of insurance for personal effects is 2.5% of the value of the shipment
  2.  For example if the value of your shipment is $2000, the cost would be $50

Packing and crating

• Packing boxes

  1.  Use small new boxes for books and Cd's and Medium size for your personal items
  2. Do not use large boxes to load heavy items. The larger the box the more vulnerable to break
  3.  Use large boxes for bulky items that may not fit in the small or medium
  4.  Pack heavy items at the bottom, light items on top, tape the flaps and tape all the sides
  5.  Use stretch wrap or plastic wrap to wrap the box with after you tape it well
• Packing fragile items

  1.  Do not use clothing or towels to cover fragile items, Air pockets collapse during shifting
  2.  Use medium size bubble wrap to wrap the fragile items. be generous
  3.  Large fragile items may need to be placed on pallets and wrapped or crated

• Packing a commercial shipment

  1. Most commercial shipments are typically professionally packed by the supplier
  2.  In case your shipments needs extra packing, we can repack shipments
  3.  We can place boxes on pallets, wrap them and strap them, or even crate them

• Packing and loading cars

  1.  One car can be loaded into a twenty foot container
  2.  You can load two cars into a forty foot container, or one car plus your household goods
  3.  Do not attempt to load cars yourself. You need the help of professional loaders
  4.  We can pick up your car from anywhere in USA and move it to our loading facilities

• Packing and loading a container

  1.  Ensure everything is well packed and ready to load before container arrives your location
  2.  The container is 5 feet high and there is no lift gate mechanism to help you lift items
  3.  If you do not have a dock high, you need 5 people to load your container
  4.  Prepare a loading plan in advance (what will you load first, second, third…etc)
  5.  Start with the bulky items like appliances and place boxes and smaller items in gaps

• Packing and loading Motorcycles

  1.  Like cars, you can load your furniture and your motorcycle inside a twenty foot container
  2. Lload multiple motorcycles in the container, you may also load your car in the same container
